Stephan Matter has over 10 years of work experience in various technical roles. Stephan currently works at Tyk as a Technical Operations Manager. Prior to that, they spent four years at Julius Baer as an IT Onsite Engineer, where they managed a London onsite team and oversaw project objectives and resources. Before that, they worked as an IT Project Engineer at Islington Council, where they focused on improving support and processes and driving critical business changes. Stephan also has experience as a Personal Trainer and has worked in technical support roles at Bullitt Group Ltd, BlackBerry, NTT Com Security, Air Liquide, Colt Technology Services, and Umicore. In these roles, they provided technical support, implemented new processes, and advised on data protection measures.
