Joshua Stratton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the outdoor industry, currently serving as the Radio Show Host for "The Outdoor Hour" at Tyler Media since January 2023. As the Founder of Against the Current, Joshua leverages 24 years of experience to assist brands in human-centric storytelling and live events. Joshua is also a Partner at J.D. Adams & Company, a fly fishing outfitter and guide service in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Previously, during a transformative 16-month tenure as Sr. Director of Marketing & Communications at the Mule Deer Foundation, Joshua led initiatives resulting in a 300% increase in corporate partnerships. Additional roles include Director of Communications at Backcountry Hunters & Anglers and various marketing and sales positions at Holeman Brothers Outdoors, Cabela's, and the Fly Fishing Film Tour.
