Abigail Diaz

Abigail (Abby) Diaz currently holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary at Tyler Technologies, a role assumed in March 2012, which entails overseeing legal, corporate communications, internal audit, and data privacy functions, alongside corporate governance and corporate responsibility initiatives. Prior to this, Abby served as Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Contracts Specialist at Tyler Technologies. Abby's earlier experience includes working at Kirkland & Ellis LLP as an Associate & Partner in the litigation department, handling diverse matters such as patent infringement and contractual disputes. Additionally, Abby completed a law clerkship for the Hon. Maryanne Trump Barry at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Abby holds a JD in Law from Cornell Law School and a BA in Languages (French/Spanish) and Philosophy from Georgetown University.
