Jeff Henze

Jeff Henze is an experienced Applications Support Engineer at Tyler Technologies since May 2022 and has been a Co-Owner of Henze Group, LLC since January 2002. With a strong background in technical support and administration, Jeff has previously held roles such as Sr. Desktop Systems Administrator at BMC Software and Information Systems Engineer at Compuware, where responsibilities included troubleshooting, managing assets, and supervising support teams. Jeff also contributed to non-profit governance as a Board Member, Vice Commodore, and Commodore at Wheeler Landing Yacht Harbor for 18 years. Jeff's military service as a Tactical Communications System Operator Mechanic in the U.S. Army provided foundational skills in equipment troubleshooting.
