Jessica Doppel

Jessica Doppel, CSM, CSPO, is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in cloud operations and delivery at Tyler Technologies since 2018. Jessica has built a team of Technical Project Managers to oversee project governance and facilitate delivering across the Public Safety development portfolio. Notably, Jessica has served as a Release Train Engineer, guiding Agile teams and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Earlier roles include Scrum Master at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, where Jessica led a cross-functional team, and Product Owner at Gongos, where Jessica played a critical role in developing a digital platform. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Studies from Wayne State University.
