Samuel Williams

Samuel Williams is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership positions within the public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Services for Brazos at Tyler Technologies since June 2015, Williams previously held the role of Vice President at Brazos Technology from 2007 to present. Williams was the Owner and COO of Government Solutions Partners, LLP from February 2004 to May 2007 and served as Chief Deputy at Hays County Sheriff's Office from 1991 to 2007. Williams started a military career in the US Army from July 1988 to March 1996, achieving the rank of SPC - E4, and also gained managerial experience as the General Manager of Panteras Restaurant from 1990 to 1991. Educational credentials include attending the FBI-National Academy and obtaining a degree from Texas State University-San Marcos.
