Tony Cappelli

Tony Cappelli, PMP, has extensive experience in client success and project management, currently serving as Senior Client Success Manager and previously as Director of Professional Services in the Federal Division at Tyler Technologies since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles at MicroPact from August 2015 to January 2020 as Enterprise Regulatory Portfolio Manager and Senior Project Manager, where responsibilities involved revenue and resource forecasting and overseeing projects such as the implementation of an online portal for Florida Medical Quality Assurance. Tony's career began at Iron Data Solutions from August 2005 to August 2015, where key projects included upgrading regulatory systems for the Florida Medical Quality Assurance and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Tony holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
