Katarzyna Kwiatkowska

Katarzyna Kwiatkowska is the Head of People and Administration at Tylko. Katarzyna has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, Training, and HR Management. Katarzyna began their career as a Training Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Vice President at Ericsson. In 2007, they transitioned to Play (P4 Sp. z o.o.), where they spent 13 years as the People & Compensations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's payroll and headcount, developing remuneration practices, managing the car policy and employee benefits, preparing reports with HR KPIs for the Management Board, and administering the Social Fund. In 2019, they took on the role of Interim HR Director at Grupa 3S, before joining Tylko in 2020.

Katarzyna Kwiatkowska graduated from Kozminski University.
