Marius Domokos

Marius Domokos has over 10 years of experience in the legal industry. From 2008 to 2020, they have held various positions including Partner at DLA Piper, Co-Founder at Tyme Commerce, Tech Transactions, Regulatory and IP at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Outside General Counsel at both Tray and Leap Motion, Outside GC / Lead Counsel at Vindicia, General Counsel / Founder at Silicon Valley Skyline, LLP, General Counsel / VP Corporate Development at both Revel Systems, Inc. and Shocking Technologies, and Attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. In these roles, they have integrated legal practices, provided strategic counseling for entrepreneurs and corporations, managed legal issues for companies, handled corporate development, strategic business relationships and legal matters, and represented companies, investors and underwriters in a variety of transactions. Marius has also managed patent portfolios, led complex patent cross-assertions, and identified patents for acquisition.

Marius Domokos began their educational career in 1991 when they earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Marius continued their studies at the same institution and received an MS in Electrical Engineering in 1996. In 1997, they enrolled in the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and graduated with a JD in Technology Law in 2000.
