Hong Lam

Hong Lam has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Hong started their career as a Software Engineer at Mofinity Limited in 2006. Hong then worked as a Senior Analyst Programmer at Vaka Technology Limited, where they developed mobile and web apps and gained expertise in iOS development. In 2012, they joined Asurion as a Software Engineer - iOS Lead, leading iOS app development projects and collaborating with teams in APAC and the US. Since 2014, they have been associated with Tymphany, where they have held positions such as Lead App Developer, Software Manager, Manager of Software Strategy, Senior Manager of Software Solution, and currently serves as the Director of Software Solution. In their roles at Tymphany, they have overseen mobile and cloud app development, established partnership with voice assistant providers, and played a key role in software strategy.

Hong Lam completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Computer Science (Information Engineering) from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Studies from Hong Kong Baptist University. Hong Lam also has additional certifications in various fields, including cybersecurity, innovation, entrepreneurship, marketing strategy, and music history, which were obtained through Coursera.
