Bill began their career as an Inventory Control Manager at Pep Boys, where they implemented inventory and operational audit controls and restructured the inventory flow system. Following this, they worked as a Merchandising Manager at CompUSA, directing all aspects of daily store operations and achieving distribution, merchandising, and price-point objectives.

Bill then transitioned to a role as a Store Manager at Big Lots, where they completed all facets of retail store management and conducted analysis of monthly general ledger postings, while also developing annual operating budgets. Bill later joined Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies as a Cost Analyst, Inventory Analyst, and Staff Accountant, overseeing cost analysis, inventory management, and financial accounting.
