Lynne Kester

Lynne Kester is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Tyndale Company, Inc. since April 2005. In this role, Lynne is part of the Senior Management Team, establishing and executing organizational strategies aligned with business objectives and implementing HR strategies in support of the company's mission and vision. Prior to this role, Lynne held positions including Human Resources Director at Hartford Financial Services (1999-2002) and Director of Human Resources and Industrial Coordinator at Lansdale Medical Group (1992-1999).
