Dianne Paquette

Dianne Paquette is a seasoned professional in human resources and employment law, currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Tyndale University College & Seminary since January 2015, where leadership and development of HR strategies are prioritized. With extensive experience as a Special Situation Consultant and Leadership Coach, Dianne has provided expertise across Canada in employee relations, workplace investigations, and achieving recognition as top workplaces. Previous roles include Director of Employee Relations at York University, Dispute Resolution Officer at the Ontario College of Teachers, and Professional Relations Manager at Conseil Scolaire de District Catholique Centre-Sud. Dianne's legal background includes serving as Legal Counsel at Keenan, Lehrer, Polak & Al Law Offices. Dianne holds a Master of Laws in Labour and Employment Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Montréal.
