Debbra Cuellar

Debbra Cuellar, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Manager at the University of Southern California, where responsibilities include overseeing various HR functions for the USC - Alzheimer Therapeutic Research Institute in San Diego. With a strong foundation in human resources, Debbra has previously held roles such as Human Resources Generalist and HR Generalist at UC San Diego, managing diverse HR duties including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration. Additional experience includes positions in benefits management and call center supervision at Igoe Administration, CSC, and Mercer. Debbra holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Park University, complemented by an Associate of Arts degree from Palomar College.
