Seth Spiro

Seth Spiro is the SVP & CMO at TYNDALL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. Seth previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer at FINCA Impact Finance from May 2020 to July 2021. In this role, they oversaw marketing and communications for FINCA Impact Finance, a global Microfinance network that reached more than 2 million customers across the world. Seth was also accountable for customer growth, public affairs, brand, internal communications and marketing transformation.

Prior to their role at FINCA Impact Finance, Seth Spiro served as the Senior Director Marketing Communications at FINCA International from January 2016 to May 2020. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing marketing communications plans that support the organizational strategy and drive business results.

Before joining FINCA International, Seth Spiro served as the Director, Brand Marketing and Advertising at the American Red Cross from January 2013 to April 2014. In this role, they were responsible for brand strategy, visual identity, licensing, branded merchandise, production of marketing content and campaign development for the largest non-governmental humanitarian and disaster relief organization in the United States.

Seth Spiro began their career at the American Red Cross as the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing from June 2011 to January 2013. In this role, they managed a team of brand marketers and was responsible for developing and executing brand marketing plans to support the organizational strategy and drive business results.

Seth Spiro began their educational career at Framingham High School. Seth then went on to study journalism and English at New York University, where they earned their BA. Finally, Seth completed their MS in marketing management at the University of Maryland University College.
