Tina Lowes possesses extensive experience in leadership and business development across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Regional Director for Small Business at HSBC Bank since November 2016, Tina oversees a team managing a significant number of Small Business specialists in the North East. Concurrently, as Director of Sales at Lumley Castle Hotel, responsibilities include directing sales advisors and managing various events. Tina has also held key roles at Tyne Metropolitan College and Barclays, where contributions included heading teams responsible for substantial customer portfolios and achieving top rankings in customer service and sales targets. Tina holds a degree in Business Studies with a focus on Business Coaching from Monkwearmouth College.
