Steve Carr

Steve Carr is an experienced professional with a diverse background in emergency services and construction. Currently serving as a Watch Manager at Tyne & Wear Fire & Rescue since May 2014, Steve responds to various emergency incidents, provides public education on fire prevention, and instructs on road traffic collisions, breathing apparatus, positive pressure ventilation, and first aid. Prior experience includes roles as a Steel Erector at Steelcraft Ltd, a Linesman at Babcock International Group PLC, and service as a Royal Marines Commando, where Steve was trained in various warfare environments and held leadership positions. Steve's educational background includes GCSEs obtained at West Denton High School from 1989 to 1992.
