Jelena Tosic

Jelena Tosic has a strong background in customer success, business development, and market research. Jelena currently works at tyntec as a Customer Success Manager and is responsible for working with strategic accounts. Prior to that, they worked in business development at tyntec, where they played a key role in onboarding major companies, including Chinese and Russian social networks and European food delivery and eCommerce companies. Jelena also has experience in business development and market research at Mitto AG, where they focused on the China and Southeast Asia regions. Before that, they worked at TeleSign, where they held positions as an Account Director and Business Development Associate for the Greater China region, as well as a Market Research Associate.

Jelena Tosic's education history begins with their enrollment at the Communication University of China in 2014, where they completed additional language courses focusing on Chinese language. Jelena attended this institution until 2015.

Prior to that, Jelena Tosic studied at the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade from 2010 to 2014. During this time, they pursued a degree in General Linguistics with a foreign language. The degree they obtained upon completion was that of a Graduate professor of language, literature, and culture.

Their education journey continued at the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade in 2018, where they are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Linguistics. The end year has not been specified, suggesting that they are still actively engaged in their Master's degree program.

Jelena Tosic also holds additional certifications in Chinese language proficiency.
