Rachael Harnish

Rachael Harnish is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in various roles, including Vice President of Operations at Typeform and Shogun, as well as a Founding Member of Glue Club. Rachael has served as the Sr. Director of Operations and Chief of Staff, and as Director of Operations at Shogun and Quantic School of Business and Technology, respectively. Beginning a career in administrative management as the Administrative Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board at Rockingham Memorial Hospital, Rachael combines a strong professional background in operations with an academic foundation that includes a Master of Business Administration in Innovation from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish and Liberal Arts with a concentration in Chemistry from Eastern Mennonite University.
