Andrew Reardon

Andrew Reardon has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Andrew began their career at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager from September 2013 to December 2015. Andrew then joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Project Leader from March 2016 to November 2017. After that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at ilke Homes from November 2017 to May 2019. Following this, they worked as the Chief Transformation Officer at OASIS Group - Information Secured from June 2019 to April 2020. Andrew also worked as the Managing Director at FINEX OY from August 2020 to November 2020.

In 2020, they served as an Interim Operating Partner at Johnson Matthey from May 2020 to December 2020. In 2021, they held the position of Transformation Director at Wella Company from February 2021 to April 2022.
