Yago Lenguas Bugallal has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and project management. Yago is currently working at TYPSA as the Director of Design & Projects in the Division of Architecture, where they have been since September 2022. Prior to that, Yago worked as the Technical Director for the PMO Mayan Train project at TYPSA from October 2020 to August 2022.

Before joining TYPSA, Yago worked at CallisonRTKL as a Senior Associate and Project Manager for the Guadalajara International Airport project in Mexico from May 2020 to October 2020. Yago also gained experience as a Project Manager at Building Design International from September 2019 to April 2020.

Yago's earlier work experience includes positions such as Business Development and Technical Department at Construcción from April 2019 to August 2019, and as the Architecture Manager for the New International Airport of Mexico City project from January 2018 to March 2019. Yago has also held roles as Construction and Design Manager, Construction Project Manager, Technical and Contract Manager, and Airport Architect at various companies.

Yago started their career as an architect working independently as a freelancer from July 2011 to March 2013. Yago has also worked as an Airport Architect in the Technical Department at ISOLUX CORSAN from March 2010 to July 2011.

Prior to that, Yago co-founded a partnership called Lenguas & López Arquitectos SLP, where they worked as a Partner and Manager from March 2007 to March 2010. Yago also gained experience working as an Architect and Supervisor of Public Housing Works and Projects at Xunta de Galicia from December 2005 to March 2007.

Yago began their professional journey as a freelance architect from December 2004 to December 2005.

Through their various roles, Yago has gained valuable experience in design, project management, business development, construction, and technical supervision in the field of architecture.

Yago Lenguas Bugallal's education history includes a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Universidade da Coruña in 2004. Yago also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Construction Management from Universidad Europea, obtained in 2020. Yago pursued additional education in Real Estate Finance at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in 2020 and completed a Curso para la Certificación PMP® (Project Management Professional) from Project Management Institute® - Alpha Consultoría in 2015. In 2021, they obtained a Technical Specialist certification in Industrialized Construction from Fundación Escuela de la Edificación de Madrid. Yago also holds a Masters in Refurbishment and Urban Renewal from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela (year unspecified), completed a Masterclass at Berlage Institute of Architecture in Rotterdam in 2006, and studied Arabic at Université St-Joseph de Beirut in 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, Yago is a COAG Registered Architect in Spain (Arquitecto Colegiado en el COAG, España) awarded by the Consejo Superior de Colegios de Arquitectos de España. Yago also possesses a Professional License in Mexico (Cédula Profesional Mexicana) granted by the Secretaría de Educación Pública.

In terms of non-degree education, Yago completed an Enterprise Creation and Business Development Course at Universidad Intercontinental de la Empresa in 1997.
