Ulrika Grundström

Ulrika Grundström has a wealth of experience in the engineering and construction industry, currently serving as Business Manager MEP at Tyréns AB in the greater Stockholm area. Ulrika has also held various leadership roles within the company, including Business Manager Structural Engineering and Acting Business Manager Structural Engineering. Additionally, Ulrika has expertise in business development, tender development, and contract negotiations for large infrastructure projects. Outside of Tyréns, Ulrika has served as a Board Member at the Royal Institute of Technology and Chairwoman of Young Professionals at Innovationsföretagen. Ulrika holds a MSc in Civil Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has completed the HBS CORe Program at Harvard Business School Online.
