Thomas Halvarsson

Thomas Halvarsson has extensive experience in public administration, holding various positions at Tyresö kommun since January 1999, including Chef Servicecenter, where responsibilities include providing information and guidance to residents, and Tillförordnad kontorschef, overseeing multiple departments. Additionally, Thomas served as IT-chef, focusing on developing a future-proof IT platform and implementing a customer-driven organization, as well as acting as IT-strateg, coordinating the municipality's IT operations. Prior to this, Thomas worked as an IT-manager at Varmelant Teknik AB from January 1998 to January 1999. In 2012, Thomas achieved a certification as a CIO from Dataföreningen.
