Gemma Dias has extensive experience in data governance and management. Gemma currently holds the role of Head of Data Governance at Tyro Payments since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Canva as the Head of Data Governance and Management, where they delivered a vision, strategy, and roadmap for implementing data governance and management capabilities. Gemma also engaged with data teams across the organization to adopt data management practices.

Gemma has also worked at Optus, where they held various roles, including Associate Director of Data Management and Digital Marketing, Associate Director of Strategy and Architecture, and Senior Manager of Architecture.
