Vaibhav Pandey

Vaibhav Pandey is the CTO at Tyroo. Vaibhav was previously the Lead for Partner Services Organization (Japan & Asia Pacific) at InMobi from May 2011 to November 2013. During their time at InMobi, they were responsible for setting up and managing a team of Sales Engineers spread across China, Korea, Japan, India, South East Asia, and ANZ. Vaibhav also drove efficiency across JAPAC through Sales Engineering initiatives.

In addition to their managerial responsibilities, Vaibhav was also responsible for developing internal tools which either helped with Solution Design, Cross Functional Productivity, or provided a proactive alerting framework. This required setting up a program to gather requirements, prioritize based on the impact of the tool, identify beta candidates, roll out the tool/service, and provide training related to the tool/service.

Vaibhav was also responsible for conflict management and resolution in order to provide faster pre- and post-sales support for BD and Ad Sales teams. Vaibhav also identified cost efficiency improvements and implemented them. As a People Manager, they were responsible for hiring, coaching, giving feedback, setting development goals, and performance management.

From a technical perspective, Vaibhav was responsible for technical account management and driving customer strategy in order to achieve tighter embedding with the customers' goals and focus. Vaibhav also trained Sales Engineering team in JAPAC on InMobi and Competitor key differentiators. Lastly, they identified product improvements via industry trends, customer feedback, and issues seen in the sales process.

Vaibhav Pandey has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Vaibhav also has a certification in Python Programming from Rice University (Coursera). Vaibhav did their schooling from Chinmaya Vidyalaya and Motivational Pathway. Vaibhav has a Mathematics and Computer Science degree from Goethe University and a Computer Science degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
