Nigel Moss

Nigel Moss is an experienced rewards professional with a career spanning over two decades in the financial services industry. Currently the Head of Reward at Tysers since January 2021, Nigel previously held positions including Senior Reward Specialist at Merian Global Investors and Reward Manager at Smith & Williamson. Early career roles include Compensation & Benefits Manager at Investec Asset Management and HR Officer at both Old Mutual Asset Managers and Hill Samuel Asset Management. Nigel holds a CFA and an Investment Management Certificate, as well as a HR Management Diploma from London Metropolitan University, complemented by academic credentials from the University of Nottingham.
