Cosima Zimmerman

Cosima Zimmerman is currently the Head of Talent Development at Tyson Foods. Prior to this role, Cosima served as the Vice President of Talent, Learning and Development at CBRE for over 15 years. In their various roles at CBRE, Cosima led global talent initiatives, developed strategies for talent review and succession processes, managed change management projects, and led project teams to enhance service quality. Cosima holds a Master's degree in English from George Mason University.
