Katharine Fraser

Katharine Fraser serves as the Head of Ethics and Global Investigations at Tyson Foods since July 2024. Previously, Katharine held the position of Partner at R. McConnell Group PLLC from December 2023 to July 2024 and worked at Amazon as the Head of Governance, Risk Management, and Quality Management for Transportation Risk & Compliance from February 2023 to November 2023. Katharine's earlier roles at Walmart from July 2016 to January 2023 included Senior Director II of Global Ethics and Compliance, among other titles focusing on international ethics and anti-corruption compliance. Additionally, Katharine's experience includes positions at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP as Counsel, a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Stephen Higginson at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and various legal roles at Haynes and Boone, LLP and TD International, LLC. Katharine holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School, a Master's degree from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rice University.
