Lanie Boen

Lanie Boen is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and project management, currently serving as a Sr Analyst for Workday Reporting and Security at Tyson Foods since October 2018. Lanie's responsibilities include managing and implementing Workday security for the HR organization, focusing on security group creation, policy management, and testing. Prior to this role, Lanie worked at Sam's Club from June 2007 to October 2018 as a Sr Program Manager, overseeing multiple projects to ensure alignment with company objectives, and also held the position of Project Manager managing similar projects. Earlier experience includes serving as a Web Analytics Manager at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. from 2007 to June 2010, where Lanie focused on metrics reporting and process improvements. Lanie holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Science from Northwest Technical Institute, earned between 2003 and 2005, and also studied at NTI from 2001 to 2003.
