A successful candidate would already have worked in a fast-paced defense firm focused on civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on personal injury law and will be ready to hit the ground running.

Position Responsibilities:
A critical leader on our Administrative and Legal Services Team.
Oversees management of legal support staff located in the San Diego office, including timesheet review and approval, team assignments, and managing workload capacities.
Assists with implementing new policies and procedures in the San Diego office.
Assists with interviewing support staff for the San Diego office.
Attends meetings regularly with Administrative and Legal Services leadership and San Diego Partners.
Assists with facility management for the San Diego office.
Assists with planning and coordinating quarterly events for the San Diego office.
Handles HR issues with HR Manager and San Diego Partners.
Administrative assignments from Administrative and Legal Services leadership and San Diego Partners.
