Amy Verlsteffen

Amy Verlsteffen is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical leadership and patient access. Currently serving as the VP of Patient Access at Elevate ENT Partners since January 2023, Amy focuses on centralizing departments to enhance customer experience and create operational efficiencies. As the Senior Director of Clinical Transformation at TytoCare, a position held since January 2020, Amy leads efforts to support telehealth implementation for strategic organizations across the United States. Prior experience includes directing a successful telehealth program at Pediatric Associates in South Florida and managing a 24/7 patient contact center. Amy holds a BSN and MSN in Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of Florida.
