Laura Pinto

Laura Pinto's work experience includes holding the position of Sr. Director, People at TytoCare starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at OwnBackup from 2021 to 2022, where they were initially a Human Resources Director and was later promoted to the role of Director, Global HRBP. At OwnBackup, they led the HRBP function globally, managing a team of 5 HRBPs across multiple locations. Before that, Laura was a Human Resources Director at SmartLinx from 2018 to 2021, where they led Talent Acquisition and Operations teams and was responsible for integration efforts. Laura Pinto's education history begins in 2009, when they attended Union College - NJ and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. From 2012 to 2014, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations and HR Management at Rutgers University.
