Ryan “RTG” Trapani-Goldberg has a diverse work experience in various roles and responsibilities.

Starting in 2011 at Fossil Group, Inc., they worked as an Assistant Store Manager and Acting Store Manager. Ryan “RTG”'sduties included coaching the sales team, recruiting and training new associates, and managing administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll processing.

In 2012, Ryan joined PTC, where they held multiple positions. As a Proposal Writer, they contributed to the development of sales proposals. Ryan “RTG” then served as a Sales Enablement Project Manager, where they designed and implemented training programs and materials for PTC's IoT sales teams. Ryan was instrumental in developing onboarding programs, delivering workshops, organizing webinars, and contributing to the success of the annual Sales Kickoff event.

Ryan “RTG”'smost recent position, starting in 2021, is with TytoCare as a Director of Revenue Enablement. Reporting to the CCO, Ryan works closely with the field teams to support go-to-market initiatives. Ryan “RTG”'sresponsibilities include managing sales processes, onboarding and training the field staff, and providing deal support at every stage of the opportunity.

Ryan "RTG" Trapani-Goldberg obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English (Literature) & Rhetoric, Professional Writing from the University of Hartford. Ryan “RTG” attended the university from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Ryan has acquired several certifications: Command of the Message Instructor from Force Management in June 2020, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2016, and Sales Management Certification from HubSpot Academy, which they obtained in April 2023.
