Irshaan Stoss has a diverse work experience. Irshaan started their career as a Head Student Worker at the East Tennessee State University Post Office from July 2013 to December 2018.

Later, in July 2018, they worked as an Intern at Todos Innovations, where they gathered user input and client data for the SEA web application. Irshaan also scheduled and attended meetings between clients and the company owner.

In August 2018, Irshaan worked as a Teachers Assistant at the ETSU Computing Department, where they graded quizzes, tests, and lab work, providing assistance to students with Java-related questions.

From January 2019 to March 2020, Irshaan served as a Regional Technical Services Manager in the Tech Support department at TZ Limited. In this role, they managed a team of technical services professionals and oversaw the service activities for the Americas. Additionally, they executed SQL queries, commissioned software, developed technical training, and project-managed high-value customers.

Most recently, as of March 2023, Irshaan holds the position of Director of Customer Success and Technical Services at TZ Limited. In this role, they are responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of technical services and customer success professionals. Irshaan sets performance goals, provides coaching and feedback, and fosters a collaborative and customer-focused team culture.

Irshaan Stoss holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Anthropology from East Tennessee State University, which they completed between 2012 and 2017. In October 2020, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Cyber Security Engineering at the University of San Diego, starting in 2021 and expected to end in 2022.
