Alyssa Hunter has held several positions within the TZA Labor Management Software since 2010. Alyssa began as a Senior Training Manager and then served as a Product Support Specialist, providing technical support to customers, field engineers, and sales personnel. Alyssa also participated in an on-call rotation to address customer and system issues after regular business. Alyssa then moved into a Performance Consultant role, serving as an inside sales representative for the company's Managed Services division and performing audits for prospective clients. Finally, they worked as a Consultant, documenting standard operating procedures and best practices to be used within the warehouse and engineering multi determinant labor standards. Prior to 2010, Alyssa held an Intern position at Tom Zosel Associates in 2009 and a System Implementation Assistant Summer Internship in 2008. In 2007, they were a Business Development Support Summer Internship.
Alyssa Hunter attended the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management.
