Dr. Doreen Richter

Dr. Doreen Richter has extensive experience in the field of water technology and research, currently serving in Öffentlichkeitsarbeit/PR and as Gruppenleiterin organische Spurenstoffe at TZW: DVGW-Technologiezentrum Wasser since November 2008. Prior to this role, Dr. Richter worked as a Wissenschaftler at Kompetenzzentrum Wasser Berlin gGmbH, where the focus was on the project "IC Pharma" addressing pharmaceutical residues in urban water cycles. Dr. Richter's research background includes a postdoctoral position at CSIRO, where a method for detecting wastewater indicators in groundwater was developed. Academic credentials include a Dr. rer. nat. and a Diplom Hydrogeologin in Geologie/Paläontologie, both earned from Freie Universität Berlin.
