Julian Schmid

Julian Schmid is a skilled Chemietechniker with extensive experience in battery testing and water treatment technologies. Currently serving as a Chemietechniker at TZW: DVGW-Technologiezentrum Wasser since June 2021, Julian specializes in the installation and operation of semi-technical test facilities in water treatment plants, focusing on data evaluation and processing of membrane and filtration systems. Previous roles include Supervisor of Battery Test at Innolith and ALEVO, responsible for electrochemical characterization, maintenance of test channels, and coordination of laboratory operations. Julian began a career in battery testing as a lab worker at fortu Research GmbH, supporting over 1,000 test channels. Julian holds a degree as a state-certified technical engineer in chemistry from Carl-Engler-Schule Karlsruhe, along with qualifications as a state-certified chemical-technical assistant.
