Melissa Chia

Melissa Chia joined the U-Combination Technology team as the System Network Support intern in 2016. She developed the passion to help elementary and middle school students when she was finishing high school. Her enthusiasm in helping others develop a strong interest in technology gives her even more motivation to drive students of a young age. The profound knowledge and understanding in learning management while in the network analysis environment have given her an in-depth understanding of the duties of incorporating K-12 education with technology, which is called blended-learning. Her expertise are in project software management, Windows 7/8/10, OS 10.x, and support for printers, desktops, and networks. And with certifications in SafariMontage, Ruckus, and Cisco Meraki. She has a BS Degree in Information Systems & Technology from Lubbock Christian University in Lubbock, TX.
