Neeraj Deshpande

Neeraj Deshpande is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Business Head of Co Lending at U GRO Capital since June 2022, Neeraj is responsible for identifying and negotiating partnerships with banks and financial institutions. Previously, Neeraj held significant roles at IDFC FIRST Bank, including National Head of Consumption & Lifestyle Loans and Zonal Head of Consumer Durable Loans, where key contributions included launching the consumer durable business and designing a rapid online decision platform. Career progression includes positions at Capital First Limited, IIFL, HSBC, CitiFinancial, GE Capital, and IMS Learning Resources, specializing in various loan products and sales distributions. Neeraj holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.
