Michael Carpenter

Michael Carpenter is an experienced construction and business professional with a diverse background in overseeing and managing various projects. Currently serving as an Owners Representative at U-Haul since May 2023, Michael manages commercial construction projects for multistory self-storage buildings, where responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, and collaboration with engineers and architects. Previous experience includes founding and operating Dead Reckoning Customs and Unique-ARs, as well as serving as Superintendent at Terin Dumas & Company and Construction Superintendent at Barnhill Construction, overseeing both residential and commercial projects. Early in the career, Michael held roles such as Assistant Project Manager at VR Mason and President/Owner of J&M Carpentry, specializing in custom woodworking. Education includes attending Savanna High School.
