Tony Norcia

Tony Norcia has a diverse work experience in finance and project management. Tony worked as a Senior Project Controller at Deloitte Consulting from 2004 to 2014, specializing in financial analysis and providing recommendations to maximize operational efficiency and profitability. At Pan-Pacific Mechanical, they were a Senior Project Accountant in 2014, where they provided oversight for project accounting, implemented a new accounting software system, and achieved significant cost savings through process improvements. Since 2015, Tony has been with U-Haul International, Inc, initially as a Business Systems Analyst, then as a Senior Business Analyst, and currently as the Director of Data Analytics & Reporting. In their roles at U-Haul, they have been responsible for various tasks such as implementing SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, managing data and financial processes, designing and developing complex reports, and leading data analytics and reporting efforts.

Tony Norcia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance, which they obtained from the University of Arizona between 1987 and 1992. Tony later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Phoenix from 1992 to 1994.
