Charles Taylor

Charles Taylor, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced leader in human resources and employee relations with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Employee & Labor Relations at UMWA Health and Retirement Funds, Charles has previously held key positions, including Director of People & Culture at Impact Justice and Corporate Human Resources Manager at Adams and Associates, Inc. Proficient in aligning HR policies with organizational strategies, Charles has also contributed significantly to training and development at Caesars Entertainment and managed employee relations for multiple client schools at EdOps. Charles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bowie State University, alongside two master’s degrees in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
