Mariska Neuner has extensive experience in retail and customer service management, currently serving as Frontline Coordinator and Associate Director of eServices at U of I Community Credit Union since June 2021. Prior roles include Store Manager at Carters Inc. and various positions including Business Assigned Specialist and Business Customer Service Representative at Consolidated Communications. Mariska also worked as Assistant Store Manager and Acting Store Manager at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh, and as Service & Training Manager at Old Navy, where responsibilities included recruitment, training, and overseeing customer service. Mariska began a career in retail at Reebok as Assistant Manager, focusing on customer service and associate behavior. Educational background includes a diploma in General Studies from Tuscola High School.
