Ian Wilson-Hughes

Ian Wilson-Hughes is an experienced Engineering Manager with a robust background in leading engineering teams and improving operational efficiency. Currently serving at U-POL Global since February 2022, Ian has previously held engineering management roles at Lil Packaging, Weetabix, Tayto Group Limited, and other organizations. Notably, at Tayto Group Limited, Ian led a team of over 20 engineers, implemented a structured skill development program, and restructured the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) system, resulting in enhanced reliability and productivity. Ian's educational background includes studies at DeMontfort University.
