Victor Essel

Victor Essel is a seasoned professional in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, with a strong background in managing project implementation for various organizations. Currently serving as a Regional Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist at USAID since 2020, Victor oversees technical support for projects across 19 countries in West Africa. Prior experience includes a role as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager at World Education, where Victor contributed to the STAGE Project, and as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at UNDP, where efforts focused on a Climate Change Adaptation project. Victor's history with World Vision involved multiple monitoring and evaluation roles across diverse projects aimed at improving literacy, food security, and child empowerment. Educational achievements include an MPhil in Development Planning and certifications in Result-Based Project Management and Monitoring & Evaluation.
