Zach Wehrli

Zach Wehrli is an accomplished Foreign Service Officer at USAID, specializing in Crisis, Stabilization, and Governance since January 2020. Wehrli's professional experience includes a fellowship with the Donald M. Payne International Development Fellowship and participation as a Summer Fellow on the Africa Team within USAID’s Center for Conflict and Violence Prevention. Wehrli contributed to the Foreign Policy for America’s NextGen Initiative, engaging with both the Democracy and Human Rights and Middle East working groups. Previous roles encompass graduate internships at the Council on Foreign Relations and Harvard Kennedy School, policy roles at the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, and communications and policy advising for a congressional campaign.
