Kristin Sweeney

Kristin Sweeney has a diverse work experience in the construction materials industry. Kristin currently works at US Aggregates as the Director of Operations, a role they started in October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Pennsy Supply Inc. for seven years, starting as a Sales Representative in November 2015 and eventually becoming a Performance Manager. In this role, Kristin was responsible for improving costs and profitability in both the aggregates and HMA lines of business, managing capital expenditure projects, and working with sourcing teams. Kristin also served as the East Area Aggregate Manager from June 2018 to September 2020 and as a Quarry Manager from August 2014 to November 2015. Before joining Pennsy Supply Inc., Kristin worked at Oldcastle Materials as a Performance Manager from November 2010 to July 2013. Kristin also worked at Oldcastle as a Change Agent from March 2009 to November 2010 and as a Process Engineer from June 2006 to March 2009.

Kristin Sweeney's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled at Virginia Tech. Kristin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mining and Minerals Engineering in 2006. Following this, they pursued further education at Wilkes University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from 2007 to 2010.
