Brou Gautier

Brou Gautier has extensive experience in performance management and continuous improvement within the military and defense sectors. Currently serving as Director of DAF Performance Management and the AF Spark Tank for the United States Air Force since January 2019, Brou Gautier leads efforts in culture transformation and operational excellence for a vast workforce. Previous roles include Chief of the USAF CPI Division at the Office of the Deputy Chief Management Officer and President of the Government Sector at Total Systems Development, where strategic engagement and performance measures were key focuses. Additionally, Brou Gautier held positions as Senior Program Manager at SiloSmashers, Director of Air Force Smart Operations at HQ Pacific Air Forces, and Director of Strategic Communication, Integration & Change Management at the USAF Office of Business Transformation. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management Information Systems from Auburn University, an MS in Air Mobility/Transportation Management from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, and a BS in Social Sciences from the United States Air Force Academy.
