Richard Bowman

Richard Bowman has an extensive career with the United States Air Force, serving from December 1982 to the present. Currently, Richard holds the position of Deputy Inspector General, overseeing the Complaints Resolution Program and the Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Program, ensuring compliance with regulations and conducting investigations. Richard has also served as the Chief of Exercise Evaluation and Exercises, managing emergency preparedness programs and evaluating training activities. Previous roles include Readiness Officer, Wing Career Assistance Advisor, and Superintendent of the First Term Airman Center, where Richard focused on retention and curriculum development.
