Robert Ware is a highly experienced professional in failure analysis with a robust background in engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Failure Analyst for the US Air Force since November 1992, Robert has developed expertise in identifying and addressing failures in various systems. Prior experience includes a role as a Failure Analysis Engineer at Exponent Failure Analysis Associates from July 1996 to July 1997, where Robert worked in a litigious environment but preferred the autonomy of the current position.
